The Service Dept at Regal KIA dealership is exceptional! I would recommend them to everyone! The mechanics ARE HONEST AND UPFRONT! I took my KIA to a different mechanic to get something checked. The "other" mechanic said I needed to have my engine valve cover gasket replaced. I took my KIA back to my trusty Regal KIA. not only did the associate, Misty, found I was still under warranty BUT then after the mechanic checked it out (which normally would have been $170 diagnostic bill) he stated that my valve cover gasket WAS NOT LEAKING! THE WHOLE THING WAS FREE PLUS I DID NOT NEED ANY REPAIRS AT ALL!! YOU MUST TAKE YOUR VECHICAL TO REGAL KIA IN LAKELAND FL ! More
