I got the complete run around about resolution for the issue that was required by the service department to resolve. I would have appreciated more forward and honest communication from the beginning. I was not satisfied at all with the care provided during this visit to the service center. Ultimately I needed a tire. After it not arriving 2 of the 3 times assured, I finally got it. However it’s not the same series as others and no mention was made regarding that detail. Communication is always key. I shouldn’t have to come back for a third time because someone there dropped the ball. More
