The service itself was good. The customer service on the other hand was not so good. I had an issue the last time in and the manager said he was putting a credit on my account. The customer service on the other hand was not so good. I had an issue the last time in and the manager said he was putting a credit on my account. Then when I go in this time for service I was told there were no notes on my account and the girl looked at me like I was lying. I paid, but not sure that I will be back. Which is sad because I bought my Kia from them and ALL service has been through them so far. More
