Bought at Regal before and it was always open & revealing. They would openly point out dings or problems so we could make a good decision. I do realize they are not obligated to do that. Two problems we missed. The dash board was all cracked, and there's a problem with the brakes. But I was toldseveral times, IT'S sold AS IS. BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT AS IS WAS. we will not be buying at Regal again or recommending it. More

It was an ok experience however I did not like paperless financing. No one explained the documents I electronically signed and also the amount that was financed wasn’t broke down. I had to call back and a financing. No one explained the documents I electronically signed and also the amount that was financed wasn’t broke down. I had to call back and ask why the amount on the website wasn’t listed in the contract. Otherwise everyone I dealt with was pleasant and I would still go back if I needed another vehicle. More

We had been on the search for months for an affordable Diesel. We drove 2 1/2 hours and were so incredibly grateful and thankful we took the trip. Richard was amazing! We have horrible credit due to life Diesel. We drove 2 1/2 hours and were so incredibly grateful and thankful we took the trip. Richard was amazing! We have horrible credit due to life circumstances, however after going to 3 different dealerships in Southwest Florida and getting discouraged Regal was able to make it happen! From this day forward we will only get our vehicles from Regal! It is worth the 2 hour drive! Thank you Richard for listening to our needs and making it happen!! More
