The initial paperwork for the vehicle seems simple at first but after I signed the primary contract I was under the impression that I was already approved and then I was confronted with many more details first but after I signed the primary contract I was under the impression that I was already approved and then I was confronted with many more details concerning the financing that I wasn't made aware of. I would have appreciated all the information up front first before the keys of the vehicle we're handed to me. More

Went to a few dealerships and got a couple of offers, but decided to go with Regal Lakrland because Cole Pierce made me feel comfortable and was a great source of knowledge. Not a fan of going car shopping b decided to go with Regal Lakrland because Cole Pierce made me feel comfortable and was a great source of knowledge. Not a fan of going car shopping because I always dread the sales experience, however, It Was very easy to trust him, he was very efficient, got me in and out and I didn’t feel any pressure. Cole is super personable!!! The whole process took less than 3 hours & Got myself an Acura and was able to trade in my previous car as well. Left super happy and satisfied! More
