Was told how they lowered price on vehicle I wanted to purchase to help get payments where I could afford. They were within a few dollars. I needed to crunch the numbers. Went back a 2 weeks later and they told me they couldnt get me the deal. Said they took 1500 off for a trade in but they didn’t. They were only giving me $500 for a golf cart they wanted from me. I was going to put $500 down this time but still could not help. Told me they could not lower price on vehicle like they did the first time. Couldn’t give me the money for my car that they were going to do last time. They said they would have to run credit report again. They did not do that because I was not notified through Credit Karma like I was last time. They never called me back to tell me anything. I had to call them. Ultimately they lied and unfortunately I could not get the vehicle I desperately wanted. More

Bought a used 2019 Buick over the internet from Regal’s used lot. Negations were fair, the vehicle was in great shape, Ryan Bell was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend him. Very poor customer service skills. They advertised a car for $4,000 online. When I went to see the car their final offer was $7,112 with no negotiation. This is not the first time I've bought a used car online. Understand about fees. The salesman became condescending about naive customers coming in to pay the online price. They charge almost $2,000 for a so called inspection fee. If the car is being advertised it should be ready to be sold and already been inspected and made road worthy. That price should be reflected in the online price. This dealership give reputable used car lots a bad name. Shame on Kia, you know better. More
