I purchased a truck from reliable Nissan and put $20,000 down. The sales price was $58,000. I trusted the process and was told that I would be given a copy of the sales contract via email. After fees and warranty, the final sales price was $63,755. I questioned the price due to my large down payment, and when I returned to the dealership to request a hard copy of my contract, they could not locate it, and the sales rep no longer worked there. No one could provide documentation for one of the biggest purchases of my life. Four months later, the truck needed service due to water in the fuel. It’s a diesel vehicle, and only diesel fuel was ever used. Yet the dealership claimed gasoline was in the system and voided my warranty-again, citing the missing contract. They have had the truck for four months and still have not fixed it. Instead, they suggested I file an insurance claim and quoted me $18,000 for repairs. This experience has been heartbreaking and financially devastating. I trusted Reliable Nissan with a major investment, and instead, I’ve faced lost paperwork, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I hope others ask for every document upfront and doublecheck everything before signing. Public transparency, and integrity matter-especially when people are spending their life savings. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I do not recommend going to Reliable Nissan.. More

I’ve also waited for 3 weeks for someone to get back to me for scratching my vehicle in service, and no one has got back to me. Coming here was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made! Do yourself a favor and find a smaller dealership with decent humans and if you’re a woman please take a man with you. More
