RICART IS AWESOME Last July my ex wife Nancy Benedum purchased a car from Ricart Used Car Dealership. She had an amazing experience working with Matt Disbrow. Last month when I found I had a need to purchase a car, I went back to Matt and Ricart. Matt was recently promoted to Sales Manager and assigned me to on of his associates. My car buying experience was as stress free as Nancy's. A random issue arose where I couldn't disengage the alarm system so I could turn the key and start the car. The first time it occurred I checked my owners manual and found nothing. After a while it reset itself and the car started. It occurred two additional times and I was unable to determine how to disengage it. This last time was right after grocery shopping at Krogers. As I sat with a disabled car in the parking lot I phoned my exwife to left her know. Nancy called Matt and asked for his help. Ibe just got the denial on my case# CAS-16622046K9W6L4 that they said they were going to give me financial assistance because of Ricarts misleading lifetime powertrain warranty! This has swayed me to mever own another Ford! Ive convinced my family and all the welder friends of mine buying new trucks that Ford was the best and now ive been slapped in the Face! When a customer is put in a bind because of a dealers misleading sales/marketing pitch to step in and take care of them! I can literally show all ive owned for the last 20+ years IS FORD! Never again will this happen to ME! I had one frien that went with Dodge and his warranty had just ran out and his Turbo went out and they still fixed it for him!
