Troy W. is very friendly and took a lot of time with me to find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, we were out there for what seemed like hours ;) He was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions and show me many of the what seems like hundreds of features my new Ford has. He even helped me pair my phone with my new Ford before I left the lot. After I selected my vehicle and was approved for financing, Chad Y. joined us to go over the options I had. He was also great and took the time to show me the breakdown of different payments based on a number of factors. Chad answered any questions I had and he made this process quick and painless :) I then moved over to the final step in the process, financing finalization where I again had the pleasure of working with another great employee who yet again took the time to explain all my options, add-ons, and answer all my questions. Scott C. is another experienced individual of the Ricart team who was able to efficiently and quickly move through the process while addressing any and all concerns I had. It was an absolute pleasure working with the individuals I was blessed to have had that day! I love my Ford and I would recommend Ricard Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford. My experience was fun and just overall amazing, thank you Troy, Chad, and Scott for everything you did and do!!! They didn't annoy me like most car salesman. They found the exact car I have been looking at and it ended up being the car I took home! The prices are so good I didn't even have to bother talking down the price. They make you feel like your at home while you sign hours worth of paperwork. Starbucks coffee and warm cookies!
