RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL The only reason I will put a one star review is for how I was treated by CARLOS MORALES! The gentleman named CARLOS MORALES who works at this location The only reason I will put a one star review is for how I was treated by CARLOS MORALES! The gentleman named CARLOS MORALES who works at this location was extremely rude and disrespectful to me in front of everyone who was in the building last night! It started with my car having multiple issues, so I was considering trading mine in and getting into a newer car. I spoke to the manager of the used car department and he had CARLOS MORALES come to assist me with the issue of getting out of my car. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! It started out fine until CARLOS MORALES asked me how much I owe on the car and when I told him, THATS WHEN ALL xxxx BROKE LOOSE!! He went from being calm to very RUDE and DISREPECTFUL! He told me "there's nothing I can do for you", so I asked him "can you get me the manager from earlier?" CARLOS MORALES then says "I'll call him and let him know you are here waiting." I then said for a second time "can you please get the manager?" CARLOS MORALES then raised his voice at me saying "I DONT HAVE TO GET ANYONE!" I said "Oh really? what's your name again?" He stated "I'M CARLOS MORALES!" I then proceeded to ask him for his business card. His response was "I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU ONE! MY NAME IS CARLOS MORALES!" While pointing at his name tag. At this point everyone is now watching us arguing and I truly felt that management did nothing on their part to take care of this situation in a professional manner. I work in customer service and I have never seen someone so rude in my whole life! THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT HOW HE TREATED ME! They just told him to calm down and that was all. Before I left CARLOS MORALES gave a sarcastic apology of "sorry if I mistook what you told me" AND LAUGHED! My car being serviced IS MY 1ST AND LAST CAR I WILL EVER BUY FROM RICK CASE EVER AGAIN!! I CAN'T EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH! I WILL TRULY NEVER RECOMMEND FAMILY NOR FRIENDS NOR PEOPLE WHO COME TO MY JOB TO EVER BUY A CAR FROM ANY RICK CASE DEALERSHIP AFTER THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE!!! More
