Customer Service Arrived at 7:15 am for a 7:30 appointment. Several cars were ahead of me and after few mins many more behind me. They were to open at 730 however they Arrived at 7:15 am for a 7:30 appointment. Several cars were ahead of me and after few mins many more behind me. They were to open at 730 however they open at 735 am. They tell us to wait by our cars. Later I am told move my car forward. After that some other guy told us to go inside. By this time is already 7:50 am. Once inside theree is no order. People that were at the end of the line were being service already. After waiting 45 mins decided to go. This is the second time this same issue happens More

He gave me an expected wait time and suggested the waiting area that had the Dolphins Jets game on. My only complaint is that their internet blocks ESPN and fantasy football sites.
