UNETHICAL PRACTICES RUN!!! Bait and switch!! I was told they would "beat" any other dealer price by $500.00...KEN KEMPLER will get you in and the "desk manager" JORGE PEREZ w Bait and switch!! I was told they would "beat" any other dealer price by $500.00...KEN KEMPLER will get you in and the "desk manager" JORGE PEREZ will sing and dance and pretend his is "giving" you a "great deal". BS they wouldn't even match what I had. "LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE" I wish a could give them NO STAR...drove 45 minutes to listen to some BS...after I was told company "policy" was "beat any deal by $500". More

Horrible people and place! I’ve always had issues with deceitful tactics and purposely discriminating. What a rip off! I’m 7 months pregnant with a 3 year old in tow. It’s been 3 years 2 months since I leased this car and wanted to charge $145 for a diagnostic when I show up for air bag, ABS, traction control and Power Steering light coming on all at the same time?!
