Casey was extremely helpful in getting a deal on a Buick Envision I could live with. He sat with me in the car multiple times teaching me the multitude of computer settings. The only negative experience has nothing to do with the dealership but with Buick. The car only came with a minimal printed owners manual. You were expected to download it to your phone. I personally like a paper book to refer to with an index and pages I can earmark. They are available to order from Buick for a hefty cost of $50.00 with a $30 shipping and handling fee!! When I decided to bite the bullet and order one, they were out of stock!. I highly recommend Reviard dealership but I would include a complete paper manual in the deal next time. More

The experience was stressful—reviewing and re-reviewing to have additional things added in that was not requested paperwork was overwhelming, and there was no follow-up. The car wasn’t cleaned very well when delivered, and communication was nonexistent afterward. The high-pressure sales approach felt uncomfortable. I needed a truck and Mr. Williams got me into one, but given more time, I would have chosen differently. My work truck was flooded in the storms, and I urgently needed a replacement. Knowing this, the salesman took advantage of my situation. He pushed me toward a truck that wasn’t the best fit, skipping over one that would have suited my needs better. As a loyal Ford customer new to the GMC brand, I wasn’t familiar with all the trim levels and options. Overall, my experience wasn’t great. I now have a truck, but I plan to trade it for one that better meets my needs. The salesman did get me a truck, though it was delivered a day later than promised. He did his job, but my wife and I felt uneasy throughout the process, despite the importance of continuing the business. More
