Arnold Little was very professional and did a great job helping us during the entire process. Everything was straight forward and we didn't get that typical shady car dealership feeling. The trade allowance was very fair and the sales process was excellent. I especially like that we were able to work with Arnold for both sales and finance. They offer a 3 month warranty included in the price and have all the protection products to help protect your investment for years to come. My visit to Rivard was a pleasure. I had a specific vehicle in mind when I visited. They provided no high pressure tactics.
