Ronnell was a consummate and hard-working professional sales associate. It’s not easy to find a GMC dealer with personnel who work well with out of town buyers. We needed to quickly confirm availability, sales associate. It’s not easy to find a GMC dealer with personnel who work well with out of town buyers. We needed to quickly confirm availability, specs, and price first thing in the morning, then drive 4 hours to Tampa and close the deal before the end of the business day. We’d unsuccessfully attempted this with other dealers who either wouldn’t give us the time of day, or would be wrong about the actual specs (vs just looking at the specs on paper). Ronnell was the key to making this sale happen, and we couldn’t be happier. He was juggling multiple sales that day, but he efficiently kept us moving forward through the process and kept us informed. Great, efficient customer service respecting everyone’s time and money. A true gem. Great personality, and easy to find because he’s tall lol. I don’t usually take time to do reviews like this but Ronnell was so good and we’re so satisfied that I feel compelled. He is the reason we will look to Rivard for our next GMC when the time comes. More
