Angelo & Ronnie are the Best Around This review is a little late in getting done but kudos to Angelo, the Service Director at Rivera Toyota. If it wasn’t for Angelo, I would have never bought this beautiful 2012 Prius. Angelo was there, every step of the way when ever a concern or question came up with the sales team and corrected anything that was wrong... with that being said, long before it became Rivera Toyota it was Toyota North of Mt. Kisco. This is where I first met Ronnie, a service advisor for my 1984 Toyota Supra Celica. Ronnie has been the cement that holds the Service Dept. together as I’ve seen many advisors come and go. As I prefer to deal with Ronnie (since 1984) and feel he has my best interests in mind when I have a concern or question and will take the time to explain in detail his opinion leaving me with a choice or two and I believe he honors my choice as well. the dealership has always been Fiat and honest and in this day and age, that is very hard to find. The dealership has recently done some upgrades such as text messaging and it does it best to get me in and out in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used car sales and this service is top notch. As of today’s writing I did not see Angelo and asked about whereabouts... I was informed that he was no longer at the dealership. He will be surely missed as he was able to make things move/happen! And he wasn’t afraid of getting his hands dirty helping out. More
