Outstanding Experience Today This morning, I brought my Rav 4 in for it's first 5,000/6 months servicing. I asked them on the phone if the service would take more than an hour and they said definitely not. I arrived a few minutes early, which was good, because it soon became very busy. The waiting room was comfortable. My car was returned to me in less than 45 minutes. I was very impressed with today's service visit and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my car is covered for two years with free service appointments. Mark, the service representative, was outstanding. 5 Stars to Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco's service department today! More

They put the Service in their Service I had an early Sunday drop off and got there before they were open. Mark was there and invited me in.
