Taking the vehicle back to Rivera for the service and multipoint inspection was a great decision - never thought an oil change could be such an enjoyable experience. Jose was welcoming upon arrival and then Mark walked me through the process of what would happen with the Rav4 - oil change, multipoint inspection, vacuum and car wash. While the services were happening, the waiting room provided beverages, TV and wifi. Upon completion of the services, Mark explained each inspection item and I left knowing my vehicle was in good condition and ready for the miles ahead. More
