I was immediately greeted by a sunny receptionist and partnered with George Paonessa who listened to my needs (which needed careful attention given my situation with my old car) and made it a really rewarding experience. He was never aggressive or pushy, never tried to steer me towards something I didn't want, and worked hard to structure a deal that would work for me. I then met with Nancy Sciortino whose bright personality was matched by her amazing professionalism and attention to detail. I was again really impressed with the service, that felt like a family business from the start, but with modern day conveniences. When it came time to trade in and pick up, I needed a tight turn around and was given outstanding support by Debbie at reception -- she worked with Anthony to fast-track my pick up, George interrupted some time off, and Nancy efficiently handled all of the paperwork. I left feeling like I had friends to call if I ever had any questions and that this was more that a business transaction of "pushing another car off the lot." Everyone showed respect for each other and for their customers. Having worked for 20 years in the luxury business and now as a small-business owner, I know how important client-focus is, and there was never one moment when the staff at Rivera left me in the lurch.
