As Good As It Gets Over the last 20 years I've bought and leased several vehicles from many different dealerships. I have never written a review for one until now. Over the last 20 years I've bought and leased several vehicles from many different dealerships. I have never written a review for one until now. The customer experience I had at Rivera Toyota was second to none. Throughout the sales process I worked primarily with John Rossi. I also had a conversation with a GM, Liam Tully, which was brief but an important one to make me feel comfortable that I would get a fair & competitive price for the 2016 Highlander I was looking to lease. However, working with John was the turning point for me to choose to lease with Rivera. I consider myself a savvy car buyer and not super easy to satisfy. I shopped several dealers but always came back to John. John was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and earned my trust from the get go. Basically, the antithesis of a typical "car salesman". Simply put, John earned my respect and my business. I lastly worked through Alan Nadler in finance. Alan made the lease process a breeze and was just a great guy to talk to and work with. As a die hard Mets fan, who would've thought I would say such things about a Yankee owned dealership : ) More

Although everyone there made me feel so comfortable especially after I encountered some difficulty of my own and had to be there for quite some time.
