Great experience! They had an 2018 XT5 that I'd been looking for with NO dealer add ons like the other dealers I'd been to. I called and Ryan got back to me with an out the door price. It was CPO which looking for with NO dealer add ons like the other dealers I'd been to. I called and Ryan got back to me with an out the door price. It was CPO which comes with a 12 month warranty and a few other perks. I was preapproved for a load from my credit union and Rizza beat their rate by a half a percent over 5 years, not a bad deal. I don't know why anyone would go any where else to by a Cadillac. I wish the dealership was closer then an hour away as they would get all my service business. More

I paid $170 for a Diagnostic test that didn’t have anything to do with my truck. They bamboozled me as a female and they didn’t even fix my truck I had it sent to another location.
