Service Maintenance I was greeted by John Howard. He asked me how I was and how my family is doing. After we spoke for a few minutes, I told him what service I needed on I was greeted by John Howard. He looked at my service record and told me what is due for maintenance. He printed and gave me a schedule of services needed at 45,000, 60,000 and 75,000 miles. I appreciate that because I can now anticipate what services my car will need and the approximate cost. He asked about my key fobs... if I needed new batteries. I just changed the batteries two weeks ago because my car notified me of low batteries in key fob. That is a cool feature. It saved me from having a dead car. Much appreciated...please thank the man or woman at GM who designed that helpful feature. I had a very good experience with this service department and my car is in top shape. More
