I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned the radio station on the dashboard was skipping and irratic. The service woman said they would check it out. When I left, half way home I mentioned the radio station on the dashboard was skipping and irratic. The service woman said they would check it out. When I left, half way home I noticed the radio was still irratic and jumping on the dash board. This will require another appointment, an hour drive in and an undetermined wait. Who is negligent? Service or the technician??? More
