The control panel where the knobs are f When I bring my Encore in for service, I work with John Howard and I have nothing but an excellent experience. The control panel where the knobs are for heating and cooling fell off but still was functioning. We brought it in and they said instead of giving a loner car and going back and forth, they will fix it quickly. They had an entire new panel on hand and fixed it immediately. The clips had broke that kept the panel in place and they were completely replaced. With being in a pandemic and businesses being short-handed, Buick went above and beyond to get this fixed in less than an hour. I recommend any Buick owner to bring their vehicle to this location. The professionalism and work they do is top notch and I could not be any more satisfied. More
