This was my first time at a GMC dealership and I felt welcomed by Kevin when I walked in. Excellent service. John followed up right away after my car was towed in with a dead battery. The battery was diagnosed as being shorted out. A new battery was installed under warranty & the car was ready car was towed in with a dead battery. The battery was diagnosed as being shorted out.
