Buying a new Buick Encore This is the 2nd time I have bought a car from Rizza Buick in the last 5 years. In 2014 I purchased a pre-driven Buick Encore and I was very happy with This is the 2nd time I have bought a car from Rizza Buick in the last 5 years. In 2014 I purchased a pre-driven Buick Encore and I was very happy with the sales people and the dealership, and of course the car. Recently, I had to replace that vehicle after it was involved in a traffic accident and declared a total loss. I went back to Rizza Buick, and purchased a 2019 Buick Encore. The salesman, Joe Gonzalez, was very helpful and courteous with our encounter and help get us a good deal. The finance manager, Mike Lorenzo, was very professional in getting our financing arrangements approved. The car was cleaned inside and out before it was presented to me. All in all, I am very happy with Rizza Buick, and will go back there, and I would recommend it to my friends. More
