Took over an hour and a half to complete an oil change! I would understand that if I was just walking in, but I had an appointment. To point out the obvious, this is unacceptable. This dealership forces customers to pay for a $1,600 protection plan, no options. This is not shown on the listing on their website. I feel this is dishonest. The salesman agreen I would have final deci protection plan, no options. This is not shown on the listing on their website. I feel this is dishonest.
