From the moment I drove in the guy working the desk seemed annoyed that I was there. He then told me I needed to have my cabin and engine filters changed. I agreed as these are typically very cheap. An oil change, tire rotation, and filter change cost me $270. I could have had this done for $150 anywhere else. If you are going to over price your services you should at least tell the customer before doing the work. Unfortunately you lost a customer with this poor service as well as someone he would’ve recommended you to a lot of people. It’s too bad because I had a great experience with the sales team. More
