Ben Miller, who met me when I drove into the service area, and Michael Martin, who spoke with me as I waited and who showed me the workings of my radio before I left, were both wonderful. This actually was not true as I went in with a warning banner regarding low window washer fluid and I went home with the same warning banner still lit up. That fluid was not topped off, or even minimally replenished. I put a gallon in when I got home. More
