Went in to appraise my 2015 and ended up looking for at a 2023 Chevy 2500hd. I came in for an inspection sticker sat there for over 2 hours to find out the tech was not going to give me a sticker because of my windshield tint. I provided a medical waiver via the State of NH where it hours to find out the tech was not going to give me a sticker because of my windshield tint. I provided a medical waiver via the State of NH where it states the after market tinting may be applied to the windshield of a vehicle with not less than 35 percent light transmittance. The reader was showing 38% with the 70 percent light transmittance tint on the windshield. I called the state to clarify and get an explanation where the state representative stated that I was in compliance. After I hung up with the representative I was told I would still not be getting the sticker because she as well as my medical waiver were incorrect. I was told " if I have a medical condition, wear sunglasses" as a disabled veteran I absolutely will not tolerate that. I will not be using them ever again. More

The requested service was performed competently and the service rep kept me informed of the progress. I asked about getting the wheel wells of my truck sprayed with protectant, and the service rep said sh service rep kept me informed of the progress. I also asked about a maintenance plan, and somebody was supposed to email pricing to me, but they did not do that. I further was disappointed that Hilltop doesn’t provide a car wash as a courtesy.
