I bought a 2024 Tundra Platinum Hybrid 4x4 Long bed from Roseville Toyota on 2/28/24. The sales experience was horrible. It was the traditional sleazy salesman bait and switch tactics that have plagued the Roseville Toyota on 2/28/24. The sales experience was horrible. It was the traditional sleazy salesman bait and switch tactics that have plagued the industries for decades. I originally tried to do the new Toyota SmartPath and they do not respect the process at all, it's a joke. The salesman Joseph Pierce lied to me over the phone by telling me one price and then retracting it once I was there in person. We had an appointment, but he didn't show up and passed me off to someone else who had no idea why I was there and what as told to me. Joseph told me they will do $4600 off my Tundra and when I got there they denied it and tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap that I had no interest in. I showed them the text messages where Joseph admitted it and said specifically, they would do $4600 off trucks that had been sitting for 21 days on the phone but he round about denied it. Then in the same conversation he threw in my face that I didn't have it in writing, so I was basically xxxx out of luck. The fact he admitted he said it, but I didn't have it in writing to prove it because they don't do that shows he has no integrity, and his word means nothing. The truck I bought was there for 28 days so it met his guidelines, but I still didn't get what he told me he would give me. The salesman caught in the middle, named Mohammad, was great and the closer JD was a nice guy and expressed his disappointment in these tactics and was visibly disgusted as I showed him the text messages. The finance manage Roman was also great. I would not recommend anyone ever deal with Joseph Pierce. More

I have to give praise to salesman Jacob Smith at Roseville Toyota, because throughout the whole process of buying our 2015 Nissan Armada from Rose I have to give praise to salesman Jacob Smith at Roseville Toyota, because throughout the whole process of buying our 2015 Nissan Armada from Roseville Toyota he was looking out for my best interest. I wanted to walk away many times from buying the Armada, but Jacob knew I liked the vehicle and that I needed the increased towing ability it had over our Toyota Highlander, and he would not let me leave without making sure he tried everything to get our Highlander traded in for the Armada that we purchased at Roseville Toyota. I am very happy with our purchase from Roseville Toyota, and also happy with Jacobs determination for me to leave the dealership completely satisfied. I have already told many people about Roseville Toyota at this point, so hopefully y’all will get some sales down the line from our friends. Have a great day. More

Finance person, Joe Beitzel, was also great. the lobby was freezing and he was kind enough to let me come sit in his office where it was warm while he got the paperwork ready. The selection of cars was much larger than to other dealerships I had been to that day. More

I was sold a 2010 Toyota Camry with a broken cd placer, The financial advisor didnt do his job by inspecting the car before I purchase it.
