Being a elderly woman with no one to help her, he went out of his way to help me. In fact I have had to call him several times and drop by the dealership to explain some of the new features on my car. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Great employees bad experience with my purchase There were a few miscommunications. I was told that the model I purchased had the Bose stereo and after further research I have discovered it does not There were a few miscommunications. I was told that the model I purchased had the Bose stereo and after further research I have discovered it does not. The car also broke down in less than 48 hrs, apparently the turbo failed. I lost an entire work day due to this issue and I still don’t have my car back. I have asked to trade the car out for another vehicle and nobody has answered me. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. More
