Roswell Infiniti had the best selection of the model we wanted and their pricing was better than the other Inifiniti dealers in the area and comparable to Carvana and Vroom. Roswell Infiniti was able to match a financing offer I had from my bank which really simplified the process. We also purchased an extended warranty (typically not a fan of these) but the plan is so comprehensive it would have been a mistake not to get the additional protection considering the value of the QX60. Wendell and Sean were a pleasure to work with. I told Wendell what we were willing to pay and he and Sean put the deal together - no haggling or back and forth with offers and counter offers. They detailed the car while we wrapped the paperwork and Wendell had a huge red bow on the hood - my wife loved it! More

Dissappointed-Felt Misled Initially the service rep told me inaccurate information, he said I needed 2 filters replaced. I questioned his reccommendations because I JUST got th Initially the service rep told me inaccurate information, he said I needed 2 filters replaced. I questioned his reccommendations because I JUST got them replaced at my last oil change. After he went back and checked the system, he came back and told me im correct, and I actually needed a battery replaced. Im not sure how you mix up filters and a battery, but I wasnt happy. Had I not disputed his reccommendations, I would have replaced perfectly good filters, and wasted my money. I thought going to the dealer would help guarantee that I would get honest service, but unfortunately I felt like I was intentionally being misled to spend more money. More
