Great Service I went to three Infiniti dealerships in the Atlanta area and this is the only one that actually did any type of follow-up after my visit. It seems lik I went to three Infiniti dealerships in the Atlanta area and this is the only one that actually did any type of follow-up after my visit. It seems like most salespeople are just trying to make a quick sale, but Anthony went above that. He stayed in touch with me, took time to answer my questions, and showed an exceptional knowledge of not just the cars but the overall purchase process. I traveled an hour to get to the dealership both times as it was worth it. More

I traveled from Nashville to pickup the car with a rented trailer so I wasn't up for games. The dealer has tons of great reviews, they're all real He went out of his way to find information and make the sale even though it was a weird used car that wasn't their primary brand. I'd been though about 10 other dealers who were too stupid or lazy to help with simple information requests. Rusty made me feel like I was buying a $100k QX80 instead of a used Leaf. Thanks man, killer experience. More

Lots of After Purchase Issues In my previous review I gave the dealership excellent marks for the sales experience. However, the post sales experience has been very poor. It's pa In my previous review I gave the dealership excellent marks for the sales experience. However, the post sales experience has been very poor. It's partly on the dealership and partly on Infiniti/Nissan America. I chose a prepaid lease. The first issue was the dealership used the wrong form and I had to come back in and sign a different form a few days later. The numbers changed on the new form and I was owed hundreds of dollars. The finance person said I would received a check from Infiniti/Nissan America when the redone lease paperwork was processed. Waited about 3 weeks and nothing happened. I also noticed at this time that there was a recurring monthly lease payment from Nissan on my credit report (incorrect as I had made a prepaid lease). So I got back in touch with the dealership and was initially told by their director of finance that everything was as it should be and they did not owe me money and the info on my credit report was correct and he refused to help further. This guy was an absolute disaster as a representative of the dealership. He came across as ignorant, lazy, and completely uncaring about customer service. So I escalated it to the general manager who had me work with Rob Pruett. Rob was respectful and helpful and did the best he could. He got me the refund I was supposed to receive (proving the Director of Finance was telling a lie or too lazy to check on this). He also tried to help with the incorrect data on the credit report and got in touch with a Director or VP of Finance at Nissan, but the whole process took over 8 months to resolve......which is ridiculous. After numerous e-mails and calls with the Nissan executive, they finally admitted that they sent my lease info incorrectly to the credit bureaus (sent it as a monthly lease vs. a prepaid lease) and the info was finally corrected or more accurately mostly corrected.....enough so that I gave up wasting my time. After this bad experience with something that should be a basic process for a dealership/leasing organization to get right EVERY time combined with the horrible experience with the director of finance and his complete unwillingness to resolve what proved to be real issues, I will never buy or lease a vehicle from this dealership again. If the problem had been admitted up front, if I had gotten my refund without escalating, and if it didn't take 8 months to get admission and resolution of a fundamental mistake, then maybe I would feel differently. And to be honest, 80% of the problem could have been resolved for me if the dealership director of finance had just had a customer service attitude, investigated the issues, admitted the problems and coordinated the resolutions. And as a topper, I requested a new tag and the dealership transferred my old tag instead. I frankly think this was done on purpose, so they could keep more of the tag fee service charge they add in. A transfer is like $10 and a new tag can cost $40 to $60. When I brought this to the sales person's attention, she just said....."Well you signed the transfer form." So technically its my fault because I was signing like 30 sheets a paper all at once and missed that the form was filled out incorrectly. But I know what I told the sales person (as my tag was 10+ years old and could not hold any more renewal stickers, and I knew I need a new tag). So a better tack would have been, to just say, that they must have filled out the form wrong, they were sorry, and that they would get me a new tag (or if that was not possible they would refund me $40 out of the $99 tag fee so I could go get the tag). So instead, to insure the dealership did not get blamed and to to keep an extra $40, they will lose my repeat business and they will also be losing multiple years of service business. Bottom line is that if you buy or lease from this dealership, double and triple check your paperwork, don't let them rush you through the process, check your credit report for accuracy, and if you want to do a prepaid lease pay especially close attention to the details.
