I thought I knew what I wanted and it turns out my sales associate Wendell know bet I came in with a vision of how my car buying experience would be. Wendell, the service manager and dare I even say the finance department made this a great experience and I am happy to say I walked away a new Infiniti owner! The team really went above and beyond to help me with getting out of a Mini that I was very upside down in as well as obtaining me a phenomenal interest rate. I would have preferred to spend less time at the dealership working through financing, but car buying is never a quick process, so I can’t really let that effect my review too much. Leaving with an interest rate that was well beyond what I hoped for helped make up for that. I am happy to be a part of the Infiniti family and recommend Roswell Infiniti to anyone considering their first or 10th Infiniti. More
