What I was most impressed with was when he asked what I was looking for and I told him, he didn't try to steer me away into something I wasn't looking for. We went right to the specific model I was most interested in and he assured me through facts, figures and his experience that it the model I wanted most was a great choice. Dominic is clearly very customer-centric and made sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. Financing was very quick and straight forward, something I never thought I would say about a dealership. Couldn't have taken more than 30 minutes in finance - that's a first for me. We are in the market for another car within the next 12-24 months and we will definitely be visiting Roswell Infiniti of North Roswell and I'll be asking for Dominic again. From the beginning, Roswell Infiniti showed class beyond the others - without being pushy. Everyone was professional, respectful, and flexible. However, the reason why I ended up buying with this dealership was Christian Puglisi. He is the best. I don't need to into extreme detail - but he has all of the qualities that you want in someone that you are trusting in buying a car from. The most important factor was humility and allowing for autonomy. I look forward to buying my next car from him, and similarly with my fiance.
