My salesperson was GREAT and went over and above. He’s the only reason I didn’t rate them one star. The dealership as a whole needs a lot of work. Honest and more than fair. Over the internet, they honored the KBB trade in value of my truck. They DID NOT add and unexpected costs/fees to the vehicle I wanted AND, because Over the internet, they honored the KBB trade in value of my truck. They DID NOT add and unexpected costs/fees to the vehicle I wanted AND, because I live within 150 miles of their dealership, they delivered my new vehicle, completed the paperwork at my house, and took my trade back with them…on a SATURDAY! From first contact to receiving my vehicle at home took less than 12 hours. I’ve bought several new vehicles over th past 30 years. I’ve experienced all the games that slimy salesmen play. This, by far, was the easiest, most pleasant dealership experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair, honest and pain free deal. Steve in Tampa More
