This was the most exceptional car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We couldn’t believe this, but he even went out to the car we were trading in and wrote down all of our preset radio stations and set them up in the new car while we were in with the finance person. Speaking of finance, Kyln was great to work with! Richard was so thorough and made sure that a couple of issues with road rash on one of the rims and a nick in the paint on one of the mirrors was taken cate of before we left the lot. After we left, we reflected back on the many new car buying experiences we’ve had over the past 30 years of our marriage and we both agreed that this was the BEST!
