Richard Beard was great! We came in, on Christmas eve, knowing EXACTLY what we were looking for in a used vehicle. We test drove what we wanted, but the price was out of our range. Even though they were closing early due to the holiday, Richard made sure to get a quote on our trade in, as well as rush us down to the other lot to take a test drive. We made an appointment to come back the day after Christmas to finalize our purchase. Richard had all the paperwork ready for us to go. We were in and out in less than an hour, and that included him showing us another car for our new, teen driver. We didn't end up purchasing the second car, but Richard did all he could do to work within our price requirements. I highly recommend both this dealership and Richard Beard, in particular! More
