I walked into the dealership intending to purchase a particular model. Due to FOMO, I waffled between models for a couple days. Shawn did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. In fact, he encouraged me to purchase my original option and he gave me the time to make that decision. I’ve given his name to multiple people who are new car shopping, including my mother, who is also purchasing a car from him. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve been impressrd by how hard all the employees work. I know my Honda will last me a very long time but I intend to work with Shawn and Roush when this car reaches 300,000 miles. More

Effortless Purchase I originally contacted Roush through their website to test drive some CRV's that I found on their site. I was immediately contacted by Angel and we set up a time to look at 4 vehicles of interest to me. Angel reconfirmed the appointment the day before and verified that the vehicles were available to see before I drove to the dealership. The whole experience was relaxed. I got to see all the CRV's that were available and test drove the two that I was most interested in. I chose a vehicle to purchase, made a deposit to hold until the weekend, then came back with my daughter to test drive and made an effortless purchase. No surprises at all. Angel even had the car cleaned and deodorized because it had a stale smell. The used CRV looked and smelled like a new model when we arrived. I certainly will visit Roush first and ask for Angel for my next used vehicle. More

Amazing and Compassionate Experience at Roush Honda Budget I went to the Roush Honda Budget Car Dealership hoping to find a good running inexpensive reliable car for my son (who just totaled our 2008 Honda Acc I went to the Roush Honda Budget Car Dealership hoping to find a good running inexpensive reliable car for my son (who just totaled our 2008 Honda Accord) for college. I walked on the lot and I appreciated that I wasn't "attacked" by a bunch of sales associates... I was able to walk and look at some cars on my own. When I was ready, I went inside and met up with Regina who was available to answer all the questions I had about a certain car that I saw online (and on the sign!!) - She was knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. (with a smile!) When I came back from my test drive, we talked about the price and the limited funds that I had due the insurance reimbursement. She talked the price over with her sales manager told him about my situation and actually came back with a price that was $200 lower than I was asking for!! I was not expecting that! Wow! Buying a car is usually as much fun as getting poked in the eye with a stick, but I have to say, this experience with Regina and Steve (Sales Manager) was quick, easy and actually FUN! I will definitely be back for more purchases in the future for sure!! (or maybe just to stop in and say Hi and poke fun at Regina some more!) :) Thank you very much!! More
