Angelina from the beginning to the end was right there making sure everything went smoothly with my oil change. He made sure I was out of the dealership on time so I can go to work. I have been going back and forth for the same issues. This is my 5th time. And the information given keeps changing. One person stated the service was not covered under warranty and I had to pay but when This is my 5th time. And the information given keeps changing. One person stated the service was not covered under warranty and I had to pay but when they had to fix the problem again because they did not fix it properly. Interesting thing is the service is now covered under warranty and they are asking me to pay a deductible. Very poor communication More
