I was introduced to sales associate Tom McHugh who listened to my story, knew what I wanted, and helped solidify the quick purchase of an on-site vehicle. Tom went beyond the norm, with ease, and had me driving home in a new Jeep Patriot. I was not expecting to make a purchase when entering the showroom; however, they had what I wanted at a fair price and offered a seamless flow in the purchasing process. Poor service and no courtesy Went to this dealership to lease a vehicle. salesperson was just okay. I returned a call from him and the person who took the message told me that she Went to this dealership to lease a vehicle. salesperson was just okay. I returned a call from him and the person who took the message told me that she "forgot" who to give the message to the following morning. The salesman never got my message and called several days later to follow up. More important was that I wanted to turn my leased vehicle in at this dealership. I had not leased from them but they were nearby my office. THEY REFUSED to allow me to return the leased vehicle. I explained that I was directed to them by the leasing company Ally Financial and that I would be calling them as this was a huge inconvenience and that the car was due to be returned. I was told "we are independently owner" which was their way of saying touch luck buddy. I spoke to the salesperson this morning and told him that I would NEVER visit his dealership again and that I leased a vehicle from another dealership. Terrible Terrible attitude. More

If you go there ask for salesman Tom McHugh I promise he's not a sleazebag but if you have to deal with Victor the finance guy run for the hills!!! More
