Best Experience I've ever had at a Dealership My husband's car needed to be replaced and he found a couple of options at Royal for us to look at. To say that I was dreading car shopping would be a My husband's car needed to be replaced and he found a couple of options at Royal for us to look at. To say that I was dreading car shopping would be an understatement, to say the very least. I have had the gamut of poor dealership experiences in the past -- everything from high-pressure to "no-pressure because we have a deal through your big-box membership store." The last dealership we bought a car from was "no pressure" which also meant no customer service (I was 8 months pregnant waddling around the lot in summer and they didn't even offer me a water bottle). So my expectations were low... HOWEVER. Ryan was the best. He was everything we could have asked for in a positive car-buying experience. We left with a great vehicle that we could afford. He didn't try to pressure us into something we couldn't afford and respected our budget. We didn't have to spend countless hours in his office, it was remarkably efficient. And I was really impressed by how well we were treated, I felt valued. It's hard to explain how much the little things add up to an overall experience. It is like if you are used to staying at a Marriott business hotel and then go to a Ritz-Carlton. (which I've done, and now I'm ruined forever). There were just so many thoughtful touches to make the experience downright enjoyable. I always assumed to have this level of car-buying experience that you would have to be a seriously high spender, and we're not -- we're just a normal couple with three young kids. When speaking with Ms. McDonald about my car needs and desires she actively listened and presented appropriate vehicles; outlining in detail each specific feature. Her knowledge of the different vehicles was truly amazing. She answered each and every question with expertise and provided additional information that completed our understanding of vehicle operations. Her presentation of each vehicle and package was informative and she showed genuine excitement about our getting a new car. Once we decided to purchase a vehicle she outlined each and every protection package available to us. I picked up our new car today and Ms. McDonald had it all detailed, waxed, window tinting & surface science completed for me! She also presented me with a dozen roses!!!
