I had been communicating with Ryan here and there for quite a while, he wouldn't give up on me. I was too nervous to take the leap and come in until awful circumstances arose and we lost the car we were wanting to trade, to repossession. Ryan told me to hurry up and get in there so we sucked it up and got our butts into Royal. Ryan was so freakin awesome, straightforward, and honest. We were able to tell him our stipulations and preferences and he took care of absolutely everything! The environment and everyone there made us feel comfortable and ease our nerves, which isn't always the case at dealerships. I am so glad he pestered me and convinced me to go in to see him. We went in on a Tuesday with zero expectations and got a call back the next day to go in and sign for our car on Thursday. They got me exactly what I wanted and needed with no money down and no payment for 45 days! I also got a dozen roses, so that was cool. Now that we have the car, I don't feel like we're on our own. I know we can go in or call and Ryan will be there to take care of us! More

Although it wasn’t what we wanted when we saw it he didn’t just send us on our way. After searching their additional stock at their other dealerships he found one we thought we would like to see. He was able to continue working with us and took us to the Royal Jaguar dealership. Although the car was newer than we had planned on we ended up buying it. Everyone was very friendly, patient and caring making the car purchasing process more comfortable than some of our past experiences with other dealerships. No regrets! More

I have rarely seen as professional of a dealer as Mr. Lapotosky. Frank, knowledgable and even pleasant, he made purchasing our family's new wagon a painless process. Additionally, I was impressed with his ability to facilitate communication between the ranks at the dealership. To his credit things hummed along quickly and we did not spend a lot of time waiting for responses between paperwork. More
