Luis was great he did everything he can to answer my questions. He listens and understands what I want even he stayed late at the dealership to finish my sale’s and comeback in the morning to deliver th questions. My new Sportage SX Prestige was perfect when we arrived- I was presented with a dozen roses and a big red bow on my car (TELL ME WHO DOES THIS) the paperwork only took about 1.5 hours, and we were on the road- The customer service from Luis and The Royal Kia is second to none! I’m from the East Valley in AZ all the dealers were charging between 3K- 5K market adjustment on their cars- NOT ROYAL KIA- they were NOT price gouging like the others taking advantage of low inventory and passing that cost on to the customer.
