Buying at Royal KIA was such a pleasant experience. Joshua was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and then I said what I really came for is the KIA Soul and then he showed me the 3 sh Joshua was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and then I said what I really came for is the KIA Soul and then he showed me the 3 showroom Souls. From that moment it didnt take long for me to say I'll take this one. Easiest car purchase I've ever made...and all because of Joshua. No pressure, just a very nice person who was lots of fun to work with. AND..he listened and laughed at my husband and I and all of our stories about 45 years of marriage, our 4 kids, 8 and very close to 9 grandkids. Today I'm telling everyone to go see Joshua at Royal Kia and buy a Soul. Oh, and I love the roses🙂 Thank you Joshua and Royal Kia!! More

Amazing customer service, top notch sales and management. Our first time buying from a Royal Dealership but won't be the last. We bought a used car that we love at a fair price. Unfortunately it had a mechanical issue shortly after we purchased it. The managers put us in a loaner vehicle while the service center diagnosed and repaired the issue. No questions asked just took care of it and got us going again. Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a new or used vehicle. More
