He was fairly new when I called to order my car but was responsive and helpful and eager to ask others when needed. The finance department was more difficult for me. I waited almost four hours and was so exhausted that I really did not feel comfortable with what I was signing. Then received someone else's financial contract It was stuffed in an envelope and handed to me as I was leaving. When I got home and realized the mistake, I called immediately. Talking with Emmylea yesterday was very helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about our new Subaru and gave us some new insights into how our Crosstrek works. Working in Sales I know better than most the importance of upselling... But after what was a very streamlined & quick purchase process we wished that the last step (signing) could have gone quicker. Overall we were very happy with Royal Moore, and I'm sure we'll be back. More
