I've been a Royal Moore Subaru customer since 2006. Service advisors Reese and Delaney were wonderful. In addition to the customer pay work I needed done, I came in with an issue from a previous visit Service advisors Reese and Delaney were wonderful. In addition to the customer pay work I needed done, I came in with an issue from a previous visit wherein some hidden damage had been done to the car. They handled that part internally and repaired that problem 100%. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. And really like the remodel of the place! It was definitely dated before.
