Great 1st time engagement with Luis over the phone. No BS and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I looked around and found another dealer that did just the opposite but gave me a slightly bett and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I looked around and found another dealer that did just the opposite but gave me a slightly better deal. I brought back to Luis and he got close and I paid him more because of the upfront and direct approach the first time. He could be in on the day I wanted to complete the purchase so he set me and my wife up with Jim to complete the purchase and he did a great job too. More

Great problem solving! I've had such great experiences with this dealership and service center over the past 8 years. Most recently I had a weird problem with my sound syste I've had such great experiences with this dealership and service center over the past 8 years. Most recently I had a weird problem with my sound system, and Mr. Sacramento Torres did me a solid by problem-solving the situation and getting me back to listening to great beats again. Last month I had regular tune up there, and they did a thorough job there too. I recommend these folks to everyone I know - Mr. Torres and crew are fast, focused, efficient and friendly, and their fees don't break the bank. I trust them for all the service I need on my rig. Our 2006 Forester "straight-drive" was kept in perfect working order by your expert technicians and I developed a working relationship built on absolute trust with Reese Richardson who always has our best interest in mind. Because of this sense of trust, we decided to lease a new Forester with you in August 2019 and have been delighted with the six-month and one-year service performances.
