Great customer service from Mike. He informed me of some additional services that were due for my car & explained the additional costs (without pressuring me). I decided to have the work done while the car was there which increased the appt. time to 3 hours. Mike called a Lyft ride to take me home (& bring me back when the work was done) so that I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I've been a happy Royal Moore customer for nearly 30 years.
